AtAVOL Technology, we are committed to providing quality products. To protect you against defects due to manufacturing faults,AVOL Technology provides the following manufacturer warranty.

This warranty is provided by Cornick Pty Ltd, the Australia designer and manufacturer ofAVOL Technology products. It is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under relevant consumer law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Within Australia, Cornick’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Proof of Purchase

This warranty is valid for the original purchase and is not transferable to a subsequent customer if the product is sold by the original customer during the warranty period. Purchase receipt or tax invoice must be kept as best proof of purchase. The proof of purchase will establish the commencement date of this warranty.

Warranty Claims

For all eligible warranty claims:

  1. If a fault covered by warranty occurs, the customer must first return the product toAVOL Technology Head Office using the contact details below.
  2. Any warranty claims must be accompanied by:
    • Proof of purchase, as explained above; and
    • Details of the alleged defect.
  3. IfAVOL Technology finds no defect in the product upon inspection and testing, the customer must payAVOL Technology's typical costs of service work and testing.
  4. Transportation costs required to make the warranty claim:
    • Transport toAVOL Technology Head Office will be covered by the customer.
    • Upon successful finalisation of the warranty claim,AVOL Technology will bear the cost of return transport.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear to the products or parts.
  • Products that have been repaired, altered or modified before return toAVOL Technology.
  • Any product that has been used other than for the purpose for which it was designed.
  • Any product that has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance withAVOL Technology instructions, recommendations and specifications.
  • defects that have arisen due to the customer's failure to properly use and maintain the product in accordance withAVOL Technology instructions, recommendations and specifications.
  • Product defects that have arisen due to abnormal conditions or use, including environment, temperature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, stress, abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.

Warranty Against Defects

All products as listed below are warranted for the designated period against defects in workmanship and parts, valid from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period under normal use and care, will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.
